Registration Fee Structure
Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines. All rates are in USD:

* There will not be any sale of social dinner tickets from 5th April onwards.
** In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID) must be uploaded during the Online registration.
Note: Members Registration – In the event that the membership is not verified, the AACNS 2015 Secretariat reserves the right to revert the member registration to the non-member registration rate based on the date of original registration and the participant would be required to pay the remaining balance prior to AACNS 2015.
Payment of registration fees must be made in USD using one of the following methods:

Please ensure that the title of the Congress and the participant’s name are stated on the bank transfer. Any bank charges incurred are the participant’s responsibility and should be paid in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.
In case of cancellation at any stage, Bank transfer admission fee (30 USD) will not be refunded applicable to Bank Transfer payments only.
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked
- Notification received in writing prior to 01 February 2015 100% refund (less USD20 handling fees).
- Notification received in writing from 02 February to 01 March 2015 50% refund (less USD20 handling fees).
- No refund on cancellations received after 01 March 2015.
All refunds will be made within 3 months after the Congress.
Passport and Visa – Any foreign visitors wishing to enter the Republic of Korea must have a valid passport and, if necessary, obtain a Korean visa prior to entering Korea. However, many are permitted visa-free entry for a limited time under certain conditions. Nationals of those countries or regions with which Korea has signed a visa waiver agreement can enter without a visa, on the condition that they do engage in remunerative activities during their stay. The homepage of the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade provide information on which countries citizens require a visa. Please contact the Korean Embassy or Consulate in your departure country for further details.
Group Registration procedure will be valid for minimum of 10 participants.
